During my time at PCS Retirement and Aspire Financial Services, I had the pleasure to lead a wide range of exciting and challenging projects that included large enterprise rebranding, the launch and development of several enterprise CMS websites, a phased-out and iterative approach to a massive overhaul of our digital presence, and introduced many new brands and experiences focused around advisors services, product & participant engagement. Migration of 600K client accounts and white-labeled brands to new recordkeeping technology, and developed and introduced to the market its enterprise's white-label solution, seamlessly integrating hundreds of high-touch financial institutions brands and digital properties into a continued customer journey, ensuring the seamless solution for our client's brand integrity and equity.

In 2019, PCS Retirement acquired Aspire Finacial Services. The combined organization provided conflict-free recordkeeping, trust, and administration services to over 19,000 plans and 850,000 eligible participants representing more than $26 billion in assets under administration across various retirement plan products, including 401(k), 403(b), 457, IRAs, Defined Benefit, MEPs, PEPs, and HSAs. PCS and Aspire served thousands of financial advisors, strategists, PEOs, DCIOs, payroll firms, banks, and third-party administrators (TPAs) across the United States.
