I believe the best transformations start with people.
For more than two decades, I've built my career around a simple curiosity: how can we make an experience better?
Today, I'm a digital transformation and customer experience executive in retirement plans, helping organizations connect strategy, technology, distribution and marketing to create measurable growth.
But while the scale and complexity of the challenges have changed, the motivation behind my work really hasn't:
Understand people. Challenge what's possible. Build something better.
More than a Career
Curiosity has always been the common thread.
I've never followed a perfectly linear career path—and I've come to see that as one of my greatest advantages. I've worked across creative, marketing, technology, customer experience, sales, operations and strategy. I've experienced entrepreneurial businesses where everyone wears five hats and large financial institutions where transformation requires navigating extraordinary complexity.
Each experience taught me to look at problems differently. That diverse perspective now helps me connect the dots, see the bigger picture and turn strategy into meaningful change
Today I work at the intersection of retirement strategy, revenue and distribution, technology, and human experience—transforming complex business challenges into digital capabilities that empower advisors, engage participants, improve customer experiences, and drive sustainable growth. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, including deep expertise in the retirement industry, I bring together business strategy, digital transformation, product innovation, data and AI, and customer experience to help organizations modernize how they compete, distribute, and grow.
Recognition
Recognized as a 2024 SPARK Institute Rising Star and recipient of industry honors including Webby, W3, Stevie, MarCom, Hermes and Interactive Media Awards, I have built my career transforming complex business challenges into strategies and digital capabilities that empower advisors, engage participants, strengthen customer experiences, and drive sustainable growth. Today, my work brings together retirement expertise, digital transformation, revenue enablement, product innovation, data and AI, and customer experience to help organizations modernize how they compete, distribute, engage, and grow.
What I’ve Learned
Each chapter added a new perspective
Creative taught me to be innovative.
Digital taught me to experiment.
Customer experience taught me to listen.
Financial services taught me discipline.
Leadership taught me to trust people.
How I Lead
High expectations. Low ego.
The leaders who have influenced me most listened, asked better questions and created clarity when things were complicated. They challenged people while giving them the confidence and space to succeed.
That's the kind of leader I strive to be.
I believe in setting ambitious goals while creating an environment where people can challenge assumptions, experiment, learn and contribute beyond the boundaries of their role.
Technology may be changing how we work, but I believe leadership is becoming more human—not less.
Empathy
Understand before acting.
Curiosity
Keep asking better questions.
Humility
Know that the best idea doesn't have to be yours.
Accountability
Set high expectations and own the outcome.
Trust
Give people the space to succeed.
People Development
Measure leadership by the people you help grow.
Those aren't just soft skills. They're transformation capabilities.
Beyond the Organization
Sharing experience. Learning from others. Giving back.
Some of the most valuable experiences in my career have happened outside the organizations where I've worked.
I've had the opportunity to contribute to professional communities through industry organizations, board service, speaking engagements and conversations with students and emerging professionals. These experiences have allowed me to share perspectives shaped by my career while continuing to learn from people approaching business, technology and customer experience from entirely different points of view.
My involvement with the American Advertising Federation, including serving on the board of my local professional chapter, provided an opportunity to support the creative and marketing community during an important period in my career. As my work expanded into customer experience, technology, financial services and retirement, so did the conversations I was invited to participate in.
I've since had opportunities to speak and share perspectives with students, professional networks, industry groups and peers on topics spanning digital transformation, customer experience, marketing, technology, leadership and the evolving future of business.
For me, these experiences aren't simply about speaking. They're an extension of something I value deeply as a leader: sharing what I've learned, remaining curious about what others are learning, and contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals.

Education
Away From the Office
Life is richer beyond the workday.
When I'm not thinking about retirement strategy or digital transformation, you'll usually find me spending time with family, exploring new places, or diving into one of my many interests.
I live in Tampa Bay with my beautiful wife, amazing daughter, and fur kid; I am a polyglot, world nomad, self-proclaimed comic book sage, collector of peculiar things, and a dram enthusiast.
I'm naturally curious—about people, places, ideas and what makes some experiences truly memorable.
